Returns & Replacements

How to request a return or replacement at Revolution Market.

Eligibility

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return or replacement.
  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with photos (if applicable).
  • Perishables and certain health products may be non‑returnable for safety reasons.

How to request

  1. Go to the Orders section in your account or contact support.
  2. Select the item and the reason for return/replacement.
  3. We’ll review and schedule a pickup or provide the next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after item inspection.
