Returns & Replacements
How to request a return or replacement at Revolution Market.
Eligibility
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return or replacement.
- Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with photos (if applicable).
- Perishables and certain health products may be non‑returnable for safety reasons.
How to request
- Go to the Orders section in your account or contact support.
- Select the item and the reason for return/replacement.
- We’ll review and schedule a pickup or provide the next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after item inspection.
